Terms & Conditions

Welcome to www.zapeco.co.uk/boiler-grant, a website operated by UK Energy Saving Solutions Ltd, trading as Zapeco (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they affect your legal rights and obligations.

1. Service Overview

We assist qualifying homeowners in accessing government-backed home efficiency grants, including funding for free replacement boilers, home insulation, and renewable energy products such as solar panels. We also help private paying customers secure favorable deals on new boiler finance and new boilers online. Our service is 100% free to use, and there is no obligation to proceed.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be a homeowner or a private paying customer.
  • Qualify for the relevant government-backed grants, as determined by an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

3. Installer Network

We work alongside a network of approved UK installers who hold the necessary certifications to carry out the work. We regularly monitor feedback to ensure that high service levels are maintained.

4. Funding and EPC Requirements

Funding for the free boiler scheme varies depending on property type and circumstances. A free EPC will be conducted to determine eligibility and the amount of funding available.

5. No Charges

Our service is entirely free to use. We do not charge any fees for the application process, and there is no obligation to proceed with any of the services offered.
